first of all,download psiphon open it and edit
proxy type: reverse proxy
proxy server: instagram.com
real proxy type: HTTP.
after that save and go to settings more options tick connect through http proxy and use d following settings
host address:50.30.152.130 proxy:8086...
under phone APN.. apn:etisalat proxy:127.0.0.1 port:8080.. that's all oo enjoy!!!
